I am not an expert but it looks like the browser is being hijacked?
Do you have Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy?
If not, download and run those. They are both free.....
Ad-Aware----> http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/select_your_product.php
Spybot Search and Destroy ---> http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

you may want to check your hosts file if you have one. For XP it is in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and has no extension. The file is simply called hosts. I used it to block all sorts of ads and download the updates every month or so.
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
The above site has the hosts file and instructions on how to download and use it. Also, sometimes you will want to go to some of the sites that are blocked, and they have a batch file you can turn on/off the hosts file.

Get rid of Internet Exploder and use Firefox. Will probably solve most of your problems. ALSO. dump all your cache files Clean out your temp files and history files. M$ hides all kinds of those file all over your computer so they are next to impossible to find and get rid of.. Be careful of Ad Aware. it isn't always the "friend" you may think it is. Spybot Search & Destroy is good!
Only good thing with the coming of IE8 is they will FINALLY sign onto adhering to the W3C web standards. I always build my pages to the web standards and they never look right in M$IE. Billy finally got the word. But basically, if you use Firefox you will be using anything M$ puts out before M$ steals it and calls it their own.
Damn, hijacked my own post....
