"Light, tasty biscuits - just as good as the ones served at a popular seafood restaurant chain." (You could combine this ressapy with one for garlic beer steaks and you end up with your wife kickin you out of the bedroom cause of your Kummodo Dragon Breath!!!)

COOK TIME 10 Min
READY IN 20 Min
SERVINGS & SCALING
Original recipe yield: 10 - 12 biscuits
INGREDIENTS
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Combine baking mix, milk and cheddar cheese in mixing bowl. Beat with wooden spoon till soft dough forms.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Mix butter and garlic powder and brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
