Grilled Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb. baby red potatoes, scrubbed
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradis sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp. olve oil plus extra for grilling
1/3 cup sliced celery
3 Tbsp. thinly sliced scallions
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 large yellow bell pepper, quarted lengthise and seeded
DIRECTIONS
Boil potatoes in medium sauce pan 15 mnutes, until just tender. Drain; rinse under cold water, drain again. Halve potatoes, chill 30 minutes. Meanwhile in a large serving bowl whisk vinegar, horseradish sauce, salt, and pepper, whisk in olive oil. Stir in celery and scallions and thyme. set dressing aside. Lighty b rush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Lightly brush potatoes and pepper with olive oil, grill potatoes and pepper 10 minutes ,turning frequently until browned and slightly charred. Remove to a cutting board and dice pepper. stir into dressing and add potatoes.
