Some pretty nasty storms blew through his area yesterday at 1700 and took out his power, etc. He will be in the dark until "Tuesday or Wednesday"

He was able to get an email out until his laptop batteries went TU, and now is just waiting for Pat to chase him around the room...

He did get out to go to work this morning and enjoyed his coffee there.

Doc's batteries have been on the weak side for sometime I hear. Up in Detroit they don't use car chargers, reason being their cars don't stay put for very long. "Midnight Auto" is alive and well there.

and no power to run anything. I'm trying to hook the bagpipes up to a windmill to generate some electricity but it's not working and I refuse to hire Stoops to come in and show me how.
Looks like we'll be in the dark for a few more days since the storms just keep rolling through here.
Good thing I have propane in the barbecue

Hi Doc, Is it rue that when you went down and busted your leg, your, 'Snotty Scotty,' of a dog jumped upo and down on you? Maybe he/she (?) is getting back at you for torturing her/him with the bagpipes! Right now we have an on-shore wind you would not believe. From my garden you can hear the waves BOOM against the cliffs which means that when it's stopped I will have to wash the salt off my windows... again. Rae's slowly getting better and sends her love to all you guys who sent their prayer and regards. BZ to all of you! Jeepers, you guys didn't forget who was the Eternal Dink did you?

Meanwhile I'll quaff many ales for you all. Hairy.
