At random: Leonardo da Vinci, the Florentine Renaissance inventor and artist, developed plans for an underwater warship but kept them secret. He was afraid that it would make war even more frightful than it already was.

Found this the other day Local band sounds pretty good. George Rezendes-Toolshed Trio - "Darlin' Corey"

Recorded at Toolshed SoundLab with Sam Rezendes on bass, Brett Pemberton on drums, Dave Meis on steel guitar and Suzy Thompson on fiddle. To hear the great rendition of this old timey favorite recorded by dozens of bands but I've never heard it like this. Guitar and bass take the place of the Banjo work we are so familier with.Click It Here
They are playing up in the Port Townsend area.

That's pretty good, Ric. I'll say one thing for you rain soaked, moss covered Pacific norwesterners....you attract a lot of good musical talent.....there's plenty of it from Seattle to Portland and points south.

Thanks for sharing, though again, you are going to cost me money....I'll probably be looking for CDs on Amazon.

This is a sadistic plot by you, isn't it?
