I know it's an Intelligence rating, but specifically nothing more than that.....

Can anyone lead me to a listing of rates???

GOOGLE US NAVY it will give rates and click on rate symbol and you will see all listed and IS under Administration rates is Intelligence Service

Intelligence Specialist - I know 'cus I wuz one during my Reserve time, IS2 (SS). I questioned a couple of ISC (SS)'s while on AT down in Norfolk (1992), caught one wearing them when he shouldn't have, but I wasn't in a position to make him stop. His reason was because he rode so many boats that he was "allowed" to wear them...the others told me that they qual'ed the boats they rode during their ops...
