Subject: Standard Submarine Phraseology WW II Manual Online

Folks,

Standard Submarine Phraseology, describes uniform voice procedures and phraseology for use throughout the U.S. WW II submarine fleet. This helped save time, prevented confusion and mistakes, and increased the general efficiency of voice communications.

Proofreaders are always welcome!

This version of the manual does not have any dates on it, however, the cold war sailors have all noticed their era had changes that would reduce even more errors. The sonars are all the 1940s, not 1950s sonars. We think this is from late WW II. Does anyone see anything that might tell us?
