Is it that you can't log in? Or does the page just refuse to come up?
I just tried my old bookmarked link to Ron's BBS at
http://www.rontini.com/cgi-bin/eboard40/index2.cgi?frames=no&board=main
and I too got a '404 error - Not Found'.
However if I use my current toolbar link to the bbs (at http://messdeck.com/Forum/default.asp ) that gets me to the BBS.
The basic URL changed when Ron (and for that matter, this board too) went to more spam-resistant formats.
