Subject: Updated USS Pampanito Tour

Folks,

The Quicktime virtual reality photos on the USS Pampanito web site have been updated by Dr. Larue. All 23 internal panographic photos have been updated (the ones on deck are the same.) We have also added quite a few views of parts of the boat not normally visible to the public, for example under the superstructure, lower flats of the engine room, etc.

If you have a fast internet connection be sure to click on the "See a wide view if you have fast internet" links to see HD quality views of the Pampanito.

The submarine community and Pampanito in particular are very blessed to have Rich doing what he does. NO one works harder or commits more time and energy to preserving our history.

the wide-screen panagraphic images are fantastic! by clicking and dragging you can turn through a full 360 degrees and also scan up and down from overhead to deck plates. do it too fast and you'll get dizzy!
