Couldn't find any saubmarines,but found one submarine with 2 external torpedo tubes.

USS G-1 had two. There were others. USS AA-1 or T-1 had two tubes in her aft superstructure, not sure if the T-2 & 3 didn't have the same. Narwhal had 6 tubes below decks and 4 in the superstructure. Nautilus had the same. Porpoise had two tubes added in an overhaul. proved to not be effective. Pike also had the same added to her. Tarpon had the some modification. Pickerel was modified in 1942 . Permit in 1943 and that seems to be about it. Maybe ther were more.
