Actually that's a small distribution transformer the griz bit into, not your cell phone feeder.

This happened in Kincaid Park here in Anchorage last year or the year before.

Lesson - Don't bite into a 12,470 volt cable.

I had a big male german shepard in the yard years ago whenI lived in a mobile home. He bit into the 220v power line to the distribution box. Needless to say, he became very ridgid much like that bear. My wife came close to doing the same if I hadn't stopped her from going to pull the dog off the line. A close call.
