TONER, Dr. Robert L., 85, of South Park Twp, died Sunday, March 29, 2009. Beloved husband of Dorthea M. Toner; father of Dr. Richard M. Toner, Victoria L. Toner,Dr. Virginia (Dr. Mark) Minuto and the late Joseph Louis Toner; grandfather of Joseph L. Toner, Kelly Toner, Jesse & Jillian Minuto; brother of the late Dr. Paul Toner, Dr. James Toner and Catherine Welsh. Dr. Toner was a chiropractor by profession for over 60 years with the Steel Valley Chiropractic and was a US Navy WWII veteran who belonged to the Submarine Veterans of WWII [Ray (SS-271), Darter (227, & Irex (SS482)], and the Lions Club of Homestead. Services will be held within the privacy of the family. The family requests donations to the Animal Rescue League or the Salvation Army.
