Received this from a son of a sailor: "My late father, Arnold M. Tapling, was a plank-owner and seaman on the USS ODAX. I am sure he would want to share this photograph with you. Doug Tapling"

Don and Doug, thank you for providing a great new view of my qual boat. BTW, seems this was taken on April 10, 1945.
