Admin Posts: 2297 Location: Renton, WA | Subject: NSR - St. Judes Motorcycle ride Myself and local subvet Ken Board represented the boat sailors in a St. Jude charity ride last Saturday. Sponsored by local country station KMPS, this was a last minute thing and only 10 to 15 bikes were expected for this small local event but we ended up with about 45 bikes and had a great ride of about 165 miles. I rode 30 miles to get to the starting location and many folks rode a helluva lot longer to do it. Here's a pic from our lunch stop in Elbe where there are about five RR cars that make up a restaurant/bar. I'm the hot young stud..... ok, so that didn't work... I'm front row, far left. Oh yeah, that's my scooter in the far left of the photo. A good cause while riding your hog... it doesn't get any better than that... Well, since the leathers are worn over bluejeans, it's preferable to just have 1 set of buttons or zipper to deal with getting ready to 'water the snake'. When you get to be Don's age, by the time you got through undoing TWO pairs of trousers the first streams would be goining down your leg. And it's no fun to have the INSIDE of your leathers all moist! | ||
