Started sprucing up the Seattle Base Float today. She will make her 2009 debut at the Armed Forces Day Parade in Bremerton on the 16th of this month. Even the National Commander showed up for his share of abuse, (seen in foreground). Here she sports her new bottom paint. I left as the second coat was being applied so I haven't seen it with the tape removed.

Finished boat. Upper and lower hull painted. Float bed repaired and painted. Just need to replace the signs and tow her out.

You think I took a lot of pictures. You sould see how many the national Commander took!!!! Last photo above was his.

We had a good turn out of people so no one had to work hard.

Great float. Good pics.

Good to see my "relief" doing some physical work. Hope you guys "ragged" on him pretty good. He needs to build up a thick skin. :-)
