LOGAN, John Edmund "Jed", 46, passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2009 in his residence in Algonac, MI. He was born on September 8, 1962 in Ann Arbor. John served in the United States Navy aboard the Nuclear Submarine USS George Washington (SSBN-598) and he was also a Merchant Marine. Jed is survived by his mother, Woodgie Logan of Ann Arbor; father and stepmother, Dr. John and Diane Logan of Canton; sister, Donna Logan of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother, C. Scott Logan of Parker, Colorado; stepsister, Dawn Jacobs of Newport, Michigan and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Private family services will take place. Cremation arrangements by Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Ave. at 17th Street, Port Huron. Memorial tributes may be made to Congregational Summer Assembly. www. jowettfuneraldirectors.com
