Here is a shot I took of the ceremony at Tahoma National Cemetery yesterday, just south of Seattle. Mt Rainier, in the background, is the view you get looking down the memorial drive. I have a B-17 fly over I'm putting up on You Tube in a few minutes. I'll post a link when it is up.

There was a B-17 touring the San Joaquin Valley airports a few weeks ago, might have been "Aluminum Overcast". Didn't get to go see it at the airport, but when they were doing flight ops it came over my house about 4 times a day.

Engine noise rattled the windows. Should have taken pictures.

hard to tell I can not see what the past schedule was for the Overcast last month but the Collings Foundation B-17 Nine o Nine was in California all month along with the B-24
