As I recall, we had four Sub Bases on the East Coast...New London, Norfolk. Charleston and Key West...I sure would like to see a convention held somewhere that you didn't have to spend three days on a Greyhound Bus to get to if you lived not far from Atlantic saltwater. DEX

Ken, you don't know ole Dex too well. Rumor has it that it takes him a day or two to fill up at the Waffle House before he leaves town.

Dex,
The Nuc's had section 69, footnote 13, sub section 666 included in the USSVI by laws three conventions ago which states:

""The USSVI conventions will be scheduled as far away from the present location and residence of Dex as we can get it..""

What you can do is take up permanent, illegal, undocumented residency in every other state and then they will be forced to have one near you.

LOL

Steamboat, I will sit with you. You bring your saber and I will bring my Grandpappy's 30-30 Winchester rifle (it is a rifle with a long octagon barrel) that he did shoot and kill someone with in 1928. We can discuss the state of our health, aches & pains, our last sojourn aboard the might PInk Balao and drink you 'creek water' from an old Mason jar.

Then, when the 'creek water' is gone we can pace off 20 (just to give you a fighting chance.LOL) , turn, and discuss politics with our arms.
