I just noticed something. Donald is out of uniform. If he's enlisted, (he's wearing a flat hat and a dress blue jumper) what's he doing with gold stripes on his collar, but only one wrist has a gold stripe, (the other one is white) indicating that he's an officer (ensign). Does this mean he's half enlisted, half officer? Would that mean he's a warrant officer?

Just thought I would throw that out there to keep you old farts stinking - uh, I mean THINKING!
