Mr. Robert Dexter Armstrong wishes to announce the birth of his granddaughter.
Miss Solveig Elise Armstrong-Alcaraz entered this world just after midnight 14 June 2009.
6 lbs. 13 oz., 18 inches long.
Mother and daughter are doing well.

Dex says he didn't feel a thing. (His computer is down again.)
