We've all seen his posts/requests and for those that had access to the patches to help - good job. Here's a good story with pictures of the great Patch Project Dick Jarenski and Sue Rainey put together. BZ Dick!

Thank you and also for posting the newspaper article on the displays heading for Branson. We have had inquires about the unveiling and if the public is invited to attend. You do not have to be a member of the Sterlet Association to be a part of the unveiling which should occur around 1300 HOURS on 08 October 2009. You just have to pay your regular admission fee to enter the museum.
Address is: 1250 W. State St. Hwy 76 Branson - (417) 336-2300 or www.veteransmemorialbranson.com or rjarenski@aol.com.
We will have several USSVI bases in the St. Louis/Springfield area sending representatives to the unveiling and helping us install them.
Hopefully we will be put on all the submarine sites that give the public information about the displays so they may plan their future vacation plans to include seeing the displays honoring the Submarines of WWII, lost boats, museum boats and disney patches.

We will continue to do posts in many submarine blogs and outlets, so that everyone knows of this new Memorial for our Submarine Families
