Subject: Nice surprise today...

...park manager just came by and said I had a $900.00 credit on my rent. I pay so much space rent and so much on purchase of the unit I live in. The last managers were told to have applied that extra to the principle last year. They are gone and they never did it. So I had them hold one month rent and put the reminder on the Principle. Nice surprise.
