At random: "I don't know why we have to be down here on this hold down exercise(at the 60th hour). Hell, I went through this on the Thresher (SS 200) during WW ll with a Nip Sea Going Tug hooked onto our screw guards, trying to lift our butts out of the water. They didn't get us then, and these Tin Cans (ours) ain't going to get us now." -- "Hambone" Hamilton SD1 (SS). "Hambone" made 13 war patrols on USS Remora, SS-487, uttered these words in July 1957 during a hold down exercise off Kobe Japan.

This morning when I click on the "Links" in the upper right corner of this page I get an AVG Treat Alert. Anyone else experiencing it? All the other positions, "Find a Shipmate", "Reunion info", work okay.

Ric, I use avast also and as I said above, AVAST picked it up. And yes, the database has been updated!

Maybe because I go through a firewall. But still no indication from AVAST that there is a problem

I've removed the Google ads (I think I got them all) which were serving up the page redirector trojan.  Sorry about that... you'd think Google would do a better job with security!!!

I think it was the shameless Seattle Slut advertising its wares on the net that caused it......A picture of Ric in a grass skirt with his well cultivated belly is enough to gag a maggot.....and when he posted the ad that he was available for a price....well hell, any virus scanner would have burped! Thanks, Don, for your time and efforts. I usually just click the link on my way over to Rontini's site when I'm finished here. Not being very computer literate, I wasn't sure what was happening. Good on ya!!!! Oh, and to let you know, I don't care what "Wishbone" Clear says about ya.

Ahhh hell, I just tried it again and it showed red. The infection list reads.."Exploit Script Injection 357". Don't know if that's a help from this end or not.
It's all Ric and Stoops fault for bringing their slut wars on here.
