Subject: Seattle Base Tolling the Boats

This will happen on Sat Aug 22, 2009 at Marina Park in Kirkland, WA. BBQ, United States Navy Band will be playing a one hour concert for the public and during the ceremony. Redmond VFW honor guard will do the colors and rifle salute. The Seattle Base Float will be on display a long with some of my photo larger collection items for the public to see.

If you are in the area and want to attend things start hopping about 11AM.

I am remiss in not mentioning that USSVI WRD4 John Mansfield was another SSMC member present but "escaped" the photo.  John gave a great talk at the ceremony!
