At random: Insignia of the Navy's submarine service is a submarine flanked by two dolphins. Dolphins, or porpoises, the traditional attendants to Poseidon, Greek God of the Sea and patron deity of sailors, are symbolic of a calm sea, and are sometimes called the 'sailors' friend. In addition to the Dolphins, those World War II submariners who participated in successful combat patrols may wear the coveted Submarine Combat Insignia.
Anyone have a use for these?

I've got some empty DVD containers that held some 1,600 discs total... Being the pack rat that I am, I hated to just throw them away... They make excellent storage containers (upside down, or?), you can break out the center post or just store your own discs... If you're willing to reimburse the postage (light weight but bulky), I'll ship 'em off to you - first answer here gets them!  Then send me an email with your shipping address...

That's California Ralph, up here in God's Country we have a license plate frame that reads "Welcome to Washington - Now go home!" kind of gets the point across...

...thise photo brought back nightmares of when I was married.

She would also collect such fine collectables like these, I am sure in say, 50 years time, they may actually be worth something.......Family heirlooms in the making there John! lol

Do you also keep shopping dockets for about 5 years?
Do you have about 30-40 plastic drink bottles?
Do you have 50 cushions scattered about the home?
Do you have broken toys and books that can no longer be used and when your children were 2 years of age?

LOL....

Gary, You ever see an episode of Sandford and son? They filmed it here. I have Fred Sandford and Lamont beat by a wide margin.....My place is like an Egyptian archeological excavation....I operate the National Collection of Totally Wortrhless Crap and hold the title of Owner/Curator. Somewhere I have a plastic bag of Moses's toe nail clippings and Cleopatra's training bra. DEX
