Subject: Fall 2009 Torsk Work Weekend Update

We're about a month out so we wanted to send out an update. The next Torsk Work Weekend will be held October 2nd - 4th, 2009. It looks like another great turn out for this one. As of today we have almost 40 people confirmed. If you plan on attending and haven't let us know, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can get you on the confirmed list.

Also, please let us know what day you are arriving. This is extremely important in regards to planning for the meals. A few years ago we ran out of food at the Friday night dinner, and our hard working cooks weren't able to eat. We don't want this to happen again.

As of today, the following people have confirmed attendance for the weekend:

Bruce Broseker
Gilbert Bohannon
Dave Thames
Mike Eacho
Jaime Eacho
Frank Morgan
Larry “TorskDoc” Derouin
Bill Derouin
John Biesecker
Cathy Steiner
Chuck Weaver
Al Becker
John Kill
Rich Basera
Tom Innocenti
Bill McGlinn
John Bishoff
George Fetchen
Bob Gawe
Bill Baxter (+1)
Ian Slepian
Mike Slepian
Ken Johnson
Heath Eacho (+1)
Harry “mOOse” Moore
Gil “Stewburner” Cabral
Greg Cotton
Brian Flynn
John Basera
Ron Exell
John Exell
Jim Tolan
Tom Carty
Ed Del Santo
Jim Reeb

If you are going to be needing airport and/or train station transportation please let us know.

Also, please remember to bring a pillow, sleeping bag and/or blanket, and towel(s) with you.

Chief Mike is working on putting the final touches on this year's work list.

We look forward to seeing everyone there.

Bruce
