Subject: USSVI Sub Memorials Map now has Submarine Parch Display of WWII subs listed

If you now go on the submarine memorials section of the USSVI website and click on Missouri on the map the new Submarine Patch Display honoring the submarines of WWII and lost boats is now listed (third on the lists). The unveiling is schedule for Thursday Octoer 8, 2008 at 1400 hours with Mayor Raeanne Presely speaking to those in attendance.

This will be the permanetn home for the displays to be viewed by all that go to the Veterans Memorial Museum Rt 76 Branson. We have several USSVI members and bases coming to the unveiling (Carl/Bonnie Schmidt Central Region Director, Ronald Athey Ozark Base Commander, Ray Wewers Razorback Base Commander, Robert Mederairs West Tennessee Base COB) All are welcome to this event.

Thanks again to all that helped by donating patches to us.
