Another nice choice, Ian. Jones does this old man anthem justice. I just realised it was written by Leonard Cohen, who I remember had a big hit with 'Suzanne' back in the mid-60's. That was originally written as a poem and recalled he was always very clever with the words of his lyrics. A lot of people at the time said he wrote depressing songs to cut your wrists to. I wouldn't go that far, but did find some of his other work profoundly deep and pretty heavy stuff. Thanks for the post.

I'm reminded of your post on second thoughts and hindsight Pedro.  Back in the day when Jones was putting so much energy and strain in his singing I remember hearing that his voice would never be able to withstand that abuse for very long.
