experiment with adding different ingrediants to your basic homemade pizza dough. If it become sticky ....add alittle more all purpose flour. btw BEER DOESN'T WORK!!!

The main secret to really good Pizza is the dough, not the sauce. The dough and the oven give the Pizza it's character. Fresh herbs really work well when used in moderation. Just what doesn't Beer work for? Most cooks certainly like to add it to their menu. Especially when cooking outside. Have a friend with an outside, wood fired Pizza and bread oven. Has a weatherproof refrigerator right in the same area for the beer. No, he ain't sub, he's national guard.
